Sometimes we all need a little recipe cheat. I think I may have found my solution for a quick, and easy, superfood protein ball mix: 

I Quit Sugar Pre - Mix ----  yes, I said it. A simple treat made a little different with added Kakadu Plum Co. Wattleseed (2 tsp to be exact)

But, if you are not the recipe cheating kind of baker, here is a recipe just for you :) 

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 tablespoons honey or rice malt syrup 

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 cup ground hazelnuts or almond meal 

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tsp Kakadu Plum Co. Wattleseed

1/4 cup coconut oil 

- Excluding the coconut oil and rice malt syrup, mix all the dry ingredients together

- Heat the coconut oil and the rice malt syrup in the microwave until bubbling and hot. Once hot and mixed, add it to the dry ingredients

- Mix well and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes

- Roll balls together. Roll in shredded coconut (if you have available) 

Extra note: You can also add our Kakadu Plum Powder for an extra dose of Vitamin C if you wish.
